1. Acceptance
By using the Tier 1 Care website and/or engaging our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all interactions with Tier 1 Care, including service agreements, bookings, and website usage.
2. Our services
Tier 1 Care provides NDIS-funded supports in accordance with participants’ plans. Service details and fees are agreed in a Service Agreement between you (the participant or nominee) and Tier 1 Care.All services are delivered in line with:
- NDIS Practice Standards
- NDIS Code of Conduct
3. Website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse it or attempt unauthorised access. Tier 1 Care may suspend access for breaches.
4. Client obligations
Clients and their representatives must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate with Tier 1 Care staff
- Notify Tier 1 Care of any changes to health or contact information
- Comply with reasonable instructions from staff
5. Fees and payment
Service fees, invoicing, and payment terms are set out in the Service Agreement. Cancellation or rescheduling of services may incur charges as agreed in the Service Agreement.
6. Privacy
Personal data collected through the website or services is handled under the Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Tier 1 Care or licensed to us. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tier 1 Care excludes liability for indirect, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
Tier 1 Care may update these Terms. Continued use of the website or services after posting changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date will always be published.
